How long have you been a DJ? I have been Djing for 9 years now.  I started in 2000 and have no plans on giving up this part of my life!

What brought you to where you are today? Passion mainly.  I really Love what I do!  It takes someone who is fun loving, considerate and passionate to dedicate their lives to others happiness.

What was your favorite event? I was doing some speaking in front of a school, explaining the event and how to win prizes. The children were so excited about the prizes and asking what each thing was. One kid put up his hand and pointed off to the side of the stage at my wife Laura and asked “Who’s that?”. I explained that she is my wife and is assisting me with the show. He then asked if she had a date to the dance.  We laughed so hard and she was so flattered.  I love working with children, you never know what is going to happen.

What is your favorite style of music?  I do not have a favorite style of music and I think that is what makes me a great DJ and how I keep my sanity. I couldn’t imagine only having one preset on my radio!

How do you spend your time when you are not Djing? I have tons of hobbies all involving the outdoors and being active.   I try to dedicate one day a week as an active family day!

    

How long have you been a DJ? I have been DJing now for about 6 years. I started DJing when I met my now husband Dan.

What brought you to where you are today? Well I started DJing when I met Dan, but it was my love of music that has kept me going.  And one thing that I love more than Music is Dancing, so this is just a perfect career choice.

What was your favorite event?  Dan and I were working with a couple for their wedding when 4 weeks before the wedding, the facility that they had booked closed suddenly, with no notice. Luckily they were refunded their money, but they were left with no wedding!  I have never seen friends, family and venders pull together a more amazing wedding. I have never seen a more amazing celebration in my life but I would sure like to top it.

What is your favorite style of Music?  This is an easy question... all music. I really love anything with some rhythm and I find that depending on my mood, I love and will listen to absolutely everything.  Jazz in the tub, Rock in the shower and Dance in the car. You get the idea.

How do you spend your time when you are not DJing? I am also a Certified Wedding Planner and I run a sister company ‘Marvelle Events’.  So I am constantly meeting with clients, preparing for events, and doing web design. When I have time away from work, I am playing with my family or out in the gardens.
